Living and Dining
The entry foyer leads you onto the lower level where you will find a large family room and 2 bedrooms. The large family room provides access to a big rear garden that is completely fenced and ideal for kids. The room is equipped with TV, games, books and is a great area for a second family or a separate retreat. The combined open plan living/kitchen/dining area is set on the upper level. The living and dining area is surrounded by a mass of tree tops giving amazing privacy and a wonderful sense of calm. The lounge and dining suite provides great comfort from the classic design yet they have a very modern edge. The kitchen is ultra modern with brand new appliances which will seduce you in to cooking up a storm. Our Verve Concierge 'chef to go' would also enjoy the benefits of this kitchen so why not give us call and we will send him over. Adjacent to the kitchen/dining room is a wonderful elevated deck that is accessed from the full length glass doors allowing the outside world right into the internal living zone. This large private secluded balcony and BBQ area just craves for those who love to entertain and has fabulous views over the bay.

Bed and Bath
This spacious living area on the lower level paves the entrance to 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom comprises of a king bed and is configured with an Ensuite and walk-in robe. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The aspect of both rooms is wonderful as they both have beautiful views of the garden and offer privacy. An internal timber staircase leads up to the remaining 2 bedrooms and central bathroom. Both these bedrooms feature 2 single beds. (one with two king single beds) The Moorings combines modern design features and unique character to provide guests with a fabulous secluded retreat and a stunning home away from home to relax, escape or entertain.
