Living and Dining
Plantation Bay has been crafted with a sense of flexibility as there are 8 distinct living zones. The kitchen and dining zone is exceptional in terms of functionality and size. The kitchen will satisfy every aspiring chef and the adjacent 12 seat dining table forms the centre piece of the property. On the ground floor there are 3 separate indoor living rooms as well as a gorgeous outdoor alfresco and undercover lounge area. There are 2 indoor living zones that have gas fires. A separate living zone complete with plasma is an ideal kids retreat. On the upper level is another lounge area that makes a gorgeous landing and entry to the sleeping quarters. Again this area comes with plasma TV and creates another area to escape.

Bed and Bath
Plantation Bay accommodates and sleeps 12 guests in absolute comfort. On the upper level is the king master suite and 3 very generous bedrooms. The master suite could be regarded as a living room given the proportions. The suite is complemented with an oversized bathroom with spa, a large dressing room and lounge furniture – a definite retreat. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have queen beds and the 4th with 2 sets of bunk beds. These bedrooms share a large central bathroom. On the lower level is bedroom 5 that has a day bed and a trundle. The lower level also boasts a powder room and shower.
