Set amongst lush vegetation high on the ridge behind the Portsea back beach area you will find "Portsea Lodge". Portsea Lodge is a quality property that has been created along the lines of a chalet. This style creates a wonderfully relaxed beachside retreat that is conducive for families and/or groups of friends. The emphasis is really on the term 'haven' as this property has a very flexible floor plan both inside and out which provides many areas of sanctuary. The elevated design and the casual décor provide little reason for you to ever leave the property. There are many distinctive living zones that provide excellent entertaining options or if you are sharing the house with friends you can always find a place for some solitude. The property is configured with 3 indoor living zones and 2 outdoor. "Portsea Lodge" is a fabulous property for those who want a beach side holiday where the emphasis is on relaxation and casual living.

Living and Dining
Portsea Lodge is split over 3 levels. On the upper level is a large lounge area that houses a huge plasma TV, open fire and large expansive deck that has gorgeous tree top views of Portsea and toward the Port Philip bay. On the mid level the open plan kitchen and dining room which comfortably seats 10 guests. The family room which houses a sofa bed, TV/DVD and table tennis is located on the ground floor. There is loads of space to find some solitude or ideal for those who have children or teenagers that are looking for their own space.

Bed and Bath
Portsea Lodge comfortably accommodates 10 guests across 4 bedrooms. A terrific feature of this property is the fact that the sleeping quarters are all on different levels which certainly gives you a sense of separation and privacy. The master bedroom is on the upper level and comes complete with queen bed and ensuite effect bathroom. This room also shares the view across Portsea. The second bedroom hosts a double bed and is on the mid level adjacent to the kitchen and dining room. The lower level shares 2 bedrooms that both have double bunk beds with a single over head. The main bathroom is also on this level. There is also sofa bed in the lower lounge area which could be used for a couple of extra guests if required. Portsea Lodge is a fabulous getaway at any time of the year and is conveniently accessible to both the ocean and bay beaches and is only a short drive to Portsea village!
