Description :
Learn to cook a traditional Italian feast in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Our chef, Caroline, draws from her Italian heritage and techniques learnt at the Medici School of Cooking in Florence, to help you prepare a delight for the senses. Roll up your sleeves and get back to basics as you knead dough to enjoy freshly baked bread with your meal. Enjoy a glass of local Mornington Peninsula wine as you nibble on the antipasto platter provided and learn the secrets to making the perfect pasta dough. With dinner all wrapped up, that should leave just enough time to whip up a mouthwatering dessert. Then all you need to do is sit back and enjoy, as all the dishes and cleaning up is done for you. Buonissimo!

Inclusions
Included in the price is an antipasto platter of cold meats, olives, grilled vegetables & cheese.

Also included is local Sangiovese & Pinot Grigio wines (1/2 bottle pp)

Participants also receive copies of the recipes to keep.

- Sicilian style rolled loaf filled w/ mozzarella, semi-dried tomatoes & salami

“Ravioli d’anitra”
- Duck filled ravioli w/ mushroom ragout

"Ravioli spinaci”
- Spinach & ricotta ravioli w/ tomato & basil

“Ravioli alla Greca”
- Marinated goats feta & roast capsicum ravioli w/ asparagus cream sauce
“Gnocchi”
- Potato gnocchi w/ your choice of 4 cheese sauce, veal & pork Bolognese, fresh basil pesto

“Lasagne”
- Traditional beef or Sicilian style w/ salami & ricotta

“Fettucine, spaghetti or papardelle” w/ any of the above sauces

-Coffee dipped biscotti layered w/ chocolate chip cream and lightly dusted w/ cocoa

-Poached pears w/ honey & walnuts served w/ double cream

“Pana Cotta”
-Delicate vanilla cream served w/ raspberry coulis and mini meringue

“Mele in Crosta”
- Apple & cream encased in butter puff pastry & sprinkled w/ vanilla sugar. Served w/ berry coulis & double cream

Prices
$150.00 per person (minimum 4 people)

For groups of 6 or more guests an additional chef will be required to assist - minimum charge attitional charge is $120.
