Generous not only in the proportions of the property but generous in that the owners of St Maarten shares their flair and gorgeous collections from all over the world. The decor is eclectic yet has a sense of warmth and comfort. Hard to imagine that St Maarten is 200 metres from Diamond Bay Beach and nestled on the fringe of the national park. St Maarten is set on a double block which gives mammoth proportions and a feeling that you are in your own private parkland. The garden is divine. The sense of peace and privacy is beautiful - solitude and absolute comfort, yet you are only moments away from the faster pace of the Sorrento strip. St Maarten is perfect for an intimate retreat or is fabulous if you want to entertain or spend the holidays with family and friends. Anyone who loves the Mediterranean and provincial Europe will be in heaven at St Maarten. You really could be anywhere in the world which is a definite strong point.

Living and Dining
Where do you start? St Maarten has many living zones depending on the weather or perhaps your mood. In total there are 6 living zones. The main living zone is centered in the property and is certainly the hub. A large open plan lounge with open fire, dining and kitchen leads through large glass doors onto an extremely large and elevated deck and has views of the park-like gardens and tennis court. The deck has a lovely alfresco setting with BBQ and sun lounges. The western wing at St Maarten hosts a fabulous club lounge with the latest in sound systems, billiard table and entertainment equipment. The club room is large - again with eclectic furnishings and beautiful views over the garden and swimming pool. St Maarten comes with a self contained studio that is fully decked out with a lounge room, kitchenette and separate bedroom. Again the studio has all the creature comforts as well as loads of interesting pieces and furniture. The swimming pool, garden and tennis courts are also considered living zones and are available whenever you feel like using any of them. The depth, contrast and quality of St Maarten is amazing. This property won’t disappoint – it has a feeling that is difficult to describe however really is quite heavenly.

Bed and Bath
St Maarten most comfortably sleeps 10 - but can accommodate up to 14 guests! The master suite has a king bed (which can be separated to form 2 king singles), ensuite with separate powder room and French doors that open onto the deck area with views over the tennis court. This suite is incredibly large and has its own TV and reading chair. It’s a gorgeous room and a perfect place to retreat. It has a bright and sunny aspect. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located adjacent to the club room and 1 has a double bed and the other has a king bed. These rooms share a central bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms are contained within the attached studio. The main bedroom is open plan to the lounge area and is configured with a double bed and a fold out couch. Within the studio is a separate bedroom that houses 2 single beds and two single roll out trundle beds. These rooms also share another central bathroom. This great if you are sharing the property and still like maintain your own space.
