The waterways or canals that provide the basis of this waterside precinct provide a unique holiday experience. Firstly you have the option of arriving from Melbourne by car or by boat. Having a boat parked at your own private mooring gives you enormous flexibility of going anywhere within the entire bay area with ease and speed. The waterway is bordered by a lovely walkway which allows you view all the water activity, and once constructed gives access to the local waterside shops and cafes. The beach is a direct 1 minute walk across the bridge to the right of the house. Quay Grand has kept in mind those that love to be reclusive while away on a break and offers a gorgeous heated pool. The main living zone on the upper level has been decked out with classic, modern furniture yet epitomizes the essence of a beachside experience. Views across the bay, beach and the poolside area will make you feel opulent and will definitely fulfill your getaway expectations. Quay Grand is perfect for an all year retreat. Perfect for summer holidays with direct boat mooring, beach and pool access or curl up in front of the open fire in the winter and be mesmerised by the sun setting over the bay. As you can imagine the kitchen is gorgeous and again has an incredible amount of space. For those so inclined the kitchen has all the modern conveniences to let your culinary juices flow or for those not so inclined it is a perfect kitchen for our Verve in-house chef to whip you and your guests a storm. Whatever your needs we can find a solution to make your stay so enjoyable that you will simply want to come back for more! The dining area accommodates 10 in style and is open planned to the living area.

Bed and Bath
Quay Grand accommodates 10 guests in extreme comfort. There are 2 master suites that are complimented one with a king size bed and one with a queens size bed, large dressing rooms and ensuites. The rooms again are of significant proportions which really do add to the feeling of luxury. On the lower level bedroom 3 has 2 single beds or one queen bed and a large central bathroom with separate toilet. On the upper level bedroom 4 two sets of bunk beds and this level also comes with a large central bathroom and separate toilet.
