The split level floor plan is complemented with lots of glass which is designed to bring the outdoors into the internal living zones. Another major feature is the proximity to the bayside beach. A short 20 metre walk finds you on the bay beach. Living & Dining Upon entering Grandview you instantly sense the warmth, style and relaxed ambience created by the extensive use of polished timber and glass that cleverly combine to provide a house that's not only both functional and inviting, but quite luxurious. The entry foyer leads you up into the combined open plan living/ kitchen/ dining area which is set on the upper level. The separate lounge has large proportions and is furnished with large sumptuous leather couches. Large glass doors open onto an elevated outdoor dining area which has a beautiful outlook through the lush foliage over to the beach. Grandview is a fabulous year round proposition for discerning holiday/retreat makers. Adjacent to the kitchen/dining room and up a level you will find living zone 3 - the less formal family room. The lounge and dining suite provides great comfort from the classic design yet they have a very modern edge.
The kitchen is ultra modern with brand new appliances which will seduce you in to cooking up a storm. Our Verve Concierge 'chef to go' would also enjoy the benefits of this kitchen! Adjacent to the dining room is a wonderful veranda/deck that is accessed from the full length sliding doors allowing the outside world right into the internal living zone. This large private secluded balcony and BBQ area just craves for those who love to entertain. On the lower level is another separate living area. Bed & Bath Grandview is a 6 bedroom property that sleeps 12 guests in absolute comfort. On level 1 is the queen suite complete with a large walk-in robe and groovy ensuite. This room is very private and very savvy. Bedroom 2 and 3 are both configured with a double bed in each. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the lower level with entry via the family room at the rear of the property. Bedroom 4 has a double and bedrooms 5 and 6 with 2 single beds each.
