Living and Dining
Cliffhanger has 3 living zones. The separate lounge has large proportions and is furnished with large sumptuous and super comfy couches. The living area has a large stone textured feature wall, contrasting wooden floors and a window design that maximises your privacy without compromising the views. It really is quite spectacular. Living zone 2 accommodates a magnificent wooden crafted kitchen with vaulted ceilings and large glass doors that open onto an elevated outdoor dining area. The deck has a beautiful outlook over Port Philip bay . Central to the large open space in zone 2 is the dining area which is set off by a fabulous new wooden dining suite. Cliffhanger is a fabulous year round proposition for discerning holiday/retreat makers. The downstairs zone 3 - the less formal family room again beautifuly dressed with modern furniture. The inside living area is open plan with a sophisticated yet comfortable feel. Double glass doors open out off both living areas and the dining setting is positioned to ensure you can enjoy the magnificient views while relaxing, eating and entertaining or simply to enjoy a cosy meal next to the open fire during the chilly winter months. The kitchen is well appointed and fully equiped for the most lavish of meals and of course there is the outdoor setting situated on the large balcony for all to enjoy.

Bed and Bath
Cliffhanger is a 5 bedroom property that sleeps 14 guests in absolute comfort. On the upper level and adjacent to living zone 1 and the sensational alfresco deck area is the master suite complete with a large walk-in robe, king bed and groovy ensuite. This room is very private, very savvy and also a magnificant view. The upper level also has a queen bedded room. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the lower level with entry via the gorgeous family room. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedroom 4 and 5 both have 2 sets of bunk beds each. All the furniture has been beautifully matched and is in keeping with the overall decor of the property. The central bathroom is enormous and again very beautiful.
