Tranquility, privacy and a self contained park and playground is what springs to mind as you walk through this gorgeous beachside property. Mandalay is nestled into thick vegetation which gives a feeling of being somewhere remote yet the beauty of this property is the proximity to the bay beach, a short 500 metre stroll. The property delivers in every way, not only is this a premium location but the overall design and proportions of Mandalay are generous. Mandalay is a great property for families as there is a separate play room complete with TV/DVD and the garden has heaps of room to play and explore. In fact the garden and back deck are a real feature. The deck is expansive and hosts an outdoor 'alfresco' dining area that seats 10 guests. The 'alfresco' area is also secluded and protected with loads of sun in the afternoon. There are also a couple of large sun beds and a fabulous BBQ. The view is over what seems an abundance of foliage and the private gardens really add to the feeling of being in a private park. The park is filled with play equipment for the kids including cubby house, swing and trampoline. For those wanting to escape family and chill out with friends Mandalay is also a wonderful escape for an adults getaway, perhaps complimented with a fabulous in house dinner with one of Verve’s sensational chefs. Mandalay is a playground for both the adults and the kids.

Living & Dining
It's so important that a holiday house such as Mandalay is designed to maximise living space while still providing a secluded ambience. The central living room is spacious and well appointed with an enormous modular lounge. The living areas spreads across the rear of the property with large windows and sliding doors that give an expansive view of the private gardens and access to the abundant deck area. Adjacent to the living zone is an enormous kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area. All the furnishings are brand new which adds to the contemporary style. For those who want an additional living zone for kids, and if you want some solitude, then the 4th bedroom, again with very large proportions has been converted into a family room. This family zone has TV/DVD and plenty of games. It obviously also doubles as a spare room with a double sofa bed.

Bed & Bath
Mandalay comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 guests. The master suite which is located towards the rear of the property has a lovely peaceful view over the garden and deck area. It is configured with a king bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd has 2 sets of bunks. These 2 rooms share a central bathroom and separate toilet. The 4th bedroom which doubles as a family room has a comfortable double sofa bed.
