Living & Dining
Affordability and extravagance don't normally go hand in hand however Red Door does buck the trend! Given the size and quality it truly represents incredible value! The property is perfectly positioned to maximise beach life and all the attractions that the peninsula has on offer including access to some spectacular wineries as well world class golf and some of Australia's renowned restaurants. Coupled with the fact that this is a new property that has been furnished with such quality it will be hard to beat in terms of value. Red Door has 3 living areas all with fabulous inclusions! On the upper level is a large open plan living zone - an oversized and sumptuous leather lounge surrounds a large plasma with surround sound and a gorgeous open fire! Draped in light the lounge area has cafe doors that open onto Living zone 2 which is an elevated deck complete with Alfresco dining and BBQ! This sun drenched deck is the perfect place to laze in the sun at anytime of the year. These combined living areas create an extraordinarily large and somewhat extravagant space! The kitchen has plenty of space to cook up a storm and as you would imagine Red Door has all the mod cons to make living and cooking a pleasure! On the lower level is living zone 3! Again it has to be said that the proportions of this room is very generous. The decor and comfort is mirrored by the upper level! Large sumptuous furniture and of course an oversized flat screen TV. Red Door is fantastic if you are looking for a property that comfortably accommodates 12 guests and that has ample living space to match. Wonderful if you also want to give the kids their own zone so you can enjoy some solitude or simply the company of your friends!

Red Door accommodates 13 guests in absolute comfort. On the upper level are 2 master bedrooms with queen beds and balcony. One of these bedrooms has an ensuite and the other access to the 2 way upper level bathroom. The lower level has a further 3 bedrooms. Again bedroom 3 has a queen bed, Bedroom 4 has 2 bunk beds and bedroom 5 has 3 beds (a bunk and a trundle) A large central bathroom and separate toilet make the downstairs area self contained!
