What a great holiday house for a LARGE family. With 7 bedrooms this beach house sleeps 16 and is only 100m to the bay beach. With a swimming pool, spa, billiard table, bar and loads of space you will want to come back again and again!

Front Beach Retreat comfortably sleeps 16 guests over 7 bedrooms - all linen is provided. Bedrooms are in the following layout:

Ground Floor:
2 bedrooms with Queen size beds. (Main with ensuite)
Bungalow with 1 Queen and 1 single bed (Ensuite)

Upstairs:
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room
1 bedroom with a single and a trundle bed
1 bedroom with a double bed and single bunk over the top.
Central bathroom.

Other
Parking (carport) for up to 6 cars. Further parking on street if required. (Boat may also be parked in front garden). Double lock up front gates.
Fully fitted laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board etc.
