Living and Dining
Laguna Beach has large proportions which add to the sense of luxury. The entire lower level is dedicated to living. The expansive open plan design hosts the kitchen, dining and lounge area. Gorgeous Caesar stone adds richness to the chef inspired kitchen. The theme of red, white and natural timber encompasses the entire dining and living area. A stunning and super large red velour lounge creates presence and again oozes luxury. The aesthetics are further enhanced by an opening in the ceiling that creates a vault to the upper level – a beautiful architectural feature that adds heaps of natural light. The property also has gorgeous artwork throughout which adds to the sophistication and detail. To add depth to this already large living space is an entire wall of glass that gives a wonderful view of the secluded pool and alfresco dining area. Laguna Beach will definitely exceed your expectations.

Bed and Bath
Laguna Beach comfortably accommodates 10 guests and all guest rooms are located on the upper level! The king master suite is luxuriously large and comes with its own balcony, ensuite, walk-in robe and TV. Beautiful linen and artwork also compliment these rooms. Bedroom 2 and 3 are configured with double sized beds and bedroom 4 with 4 singles. (2 sets of bunk beds) A large central bathroom is located within the sleeping quarters. The lower level also features a powder room and full laundry facilities.
