Imagine someone arriving at your holiday house, creating a beautiful table setting, serving you a drink, whipping you up a culinary delight and then serving you with a fabulous meal. If that isn't enough to whet your appetite, the service does not stop here. Once dinner is served and finished, all the dishes will be cleared away and the kitchen left sparkling!

What you will love about our "chef-to-go" program is that you do not have to leave the comfort of your holiday house, no need to worry about driving or paying for cabs and best of all you do not have to lift a finger. It's an amazing experience!

Please choose TWO dishes (each person will be served with both dishes)

- roasted eye fillet of beef with homemade béarnaise sauce
- crispy skin fillet of salmon with lemon and dill, butter sauce
- crispy chicken fillets with lemon, sage, thyme and garlic
- lamb cutlets with crispy parmesan, rosemary and garlic coating
- peking duck breast, with spring onion, cucumber and traditional hoi sin sauce

- sautéed zucchini and roasted sweet potato

- Greek Salad, fetta kalamata olive, tomato and Spanish onion.
- mushroom, olive, avocado and tarragon, with a lavish tarragon light mayo
- potato salad, with crispy bacon, soft eggs, spring onion and sour cream
- roasted pumpkin, red onion, rocket & rosemary, with balsamic vinaigrette
- Moroccan roasted veggies and rocket, with a Moroccan dressing.
- mixed green salad with snow peas and red vinaigrette
- roasted peaches, walnuts, goat’s cheese and rocket
- mango, snow peas, pine nuts and Cos lettuce

desserts

- chocolate, walnut, almond & cashew torte, with ice-cream, cream, strawberries, raspberries, and blue berries
- lemon citrus tart with double cream and ice cream
- whole orange and almond, flourless cake, with orange syrup, double cream and ice cream
- cheese & fruit platter

$70 per person (minimum 6 people).

Of course menu variations are possible - please ask!

For 8 or more guests a waiter will be at your service - minimum charge is $120. (4 hours)
