It is one of the best properties available in the Sorrento market particularly given its prime location to the Sorrento strip and ocean beach. Living & Dining
Without sounding repetitious Bel-Aire has a wonderful sense of space and is terrifically designed to maximise the living areas. On the ground level is a large ‘L’ shaped open plan living zone that encompasses a gorgeous kitchen with beautiful stone benches, large sitting area complimenting a massive modular lounge with a great view of the oversized plasma TV and lovely dining area with French doors that make way to the large deck! The living zone makes way to plenty of light and sun so it wouldn’t matter what time of year you were enjoying Bel-Aire, it’s simply a wonderful environment to retreat in. The ‘Alfresco’ dining area is an extension of the indoor living zone. This area has a magnificent 10 seat glass dining table which reiterates that every element of Bel-Aire has not been compromised in the quality stakes – it’s just superb. For those who want to find some solitude or segregation from the kids, Bel-Aire also has a family room that comes with bean bags and a 2nd TV with DVD. A great alternative for the kids or a wonderful nook to catch up on some reading! Of course if you are lucky enough to have the master suite on the upper level then you have a gorgeous and huge area to find some solitude - however that’s another story! As you would expect Bel-Aire is fully air-conditioned and has accommodation for 3 cars – not that you will need them being so close to the beach and the shops/restaurants! Just as an added bonus Bel-Aire comes with a heated spa for 6 that is integrated into the ‘Alfresco’ zone!

Bed & Bath
If you have the need to feel luxurious make sure you get allocated the master suite! The Master suite is the only room on the upper level and has incredibly large proportions including an oversized ensuite. The room easily accommodates the large king size bed! From this suite you can enjoy the views to the Red Hill hinterland! On the lower level are a further 3 bedrooms, central bathroom with separate bath and a powder room! Both bedroom 2 and 3 are configured with queen beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Bel-Aire very comfortably accommodates 10 guests! Come and enjoy the Bel-Aire lifestyle!
