Accommodation
Hillingdon Lodge and the Owners Cottage are just fabulous and have enormous flexibility in terms of the way the property is configured. The main lodge is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is stunning. The cottage is as equally stunning, just a smaller version for those who require intimacy! The Lodge (main house) accommodates 8 guests in comfort and in great style. There are 4 suites each with King beds, gorgeous bathrooms with in floor heating and private courtyards. In fact suite number 4 is actually a 2 room king suite with a separate bedroom and a gorgeous sitting room with a large sumptuous linen covered lounge and a beautiful open fire place that really sets the mood. This room also has its own courtyard and a 2 person spa in the large private ensuite. An absolutely fabulous haven within the retreat providing little reason to leave! Again the carefully selected fittings and furniture are a consistent feature throughout the property. Understated yet charming with a warm inviting character. In any area of Hillingdon you will find it easy to relax and rejuvenate - much as you would expect when in retreat mode and when you are staying in such a quality property!. Each of the bedrooms and the central living zone enjoy views of the rose gardens and the rolling hills. The living zone consists of both an indoor and outdoor area. The internal living zone filled with muted earthy tones has a large cathedral ceilings which gives an air of space and presence. The earthy tones give warmth and lovely cosy ambience. The outdoor zone is separated by large shuttered windows and offers a magnificent view of the estate. A large outdoor lounge suite is a perfect addition to sit and contemplate how fabulous it is to be on retreat at Hillingdon!


The Owners Cottage is a separate dwelling that sits adjacent to the Lodge! It has its own driveway and is absolutely private. The cottage is a mirror image of the Lodge in terms of theme, quality and attention to detail! The simple difference is that the cottage has 2 double rooms with a large central bathroom (again with heated flooring), a beautiful sitting room with open fire and French doors that open to a sea of roses. The cottage also has a fully functional kitchen and butlers pantry. Should that not be enough to inspire your culinary juices then the chef can whip you up your favourite delight! The cottage can be rented separately or simply as an addition to the Lodge.

Combined, Hillingdon Lodge and Cottage more than comfortably accommodates 12 guests. It can easily be seen that Hillingdon is a premium option for an executive meeting, private dinner a small wedding or simply a group of over stated friends looking to be understated and very very relaxed!
