It is literally a short walk through the reserve to some of the best surf you will find in the area. Aside from Sea Terrace being a quality property with many features that you would find in a seaside resort, Sea Terrace has a wonderful sense of privacy. The property is positioned to maximize the use of both indoor and outdoor living areas. Glass being a fundamental feature of the property allows the wonderful pool terrace and the ‘alfresco’ dining area to be major influences in setting the ambience around and within the property. Whist there is a distinctive sophisticated feel to Sea Terrace it is actually beautifully relaxed and ideal for a year round beachside escape. A gorgeous large open plan living zone confronts you and immediately makes you excited by your choice to stay at Sea Terrace. A beautiful canvas catches your eye leading to the gorgeous furniture and central fireplace. White cotton, honey coloured floor boards, bright rugs and artwork really do create a wonderful place to chill out and simply enjoy your time. Adjacent is a large stunning 8 seat dining table that just makes you want to sit and enjoy a sumptuous feast with friends. If the weather permits then why not enjoy the 8 seat alfresco dining area adjacent to the pool. It is a terrific setting! The kitchen whilst not interferring with the living zone does allow you to participate in whatever is going on while you to create an inspirational meal. The kitchen has all the mod cons that you would expect in a property the quality of Sea Terrace. As you make your way toward the rear of the property along the large gallery you will delight in the view of the gorgeous pool and sun terrace. Beautifully private and somewhat luxurious to have this all to yourself! At the end of the gallery is a second living area that comes with TV and DVD. A great place to gain some solitude or perhaps a separate area for the kids to hang out!

Sea Terrace perfectly accommodates 8 guests. The master suite at the rear of the property is a lovely haven. This bedroom is configured with a queen bed and a spectacular ensuite with a spa bath that sits in front of a corner window that overlooks the pool. The master suite also has its own private balcony. Along the gallery is where you will find the other bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 singles, bedroom 3 a queen bed and bedroom 4 has again 2 single beds. Then central bathroom has a separate bath and toilet.
