Forget that you are in the centre of the Mornington Peninsula that has so much to offer with superior wineries, golf courses, spa’s and magnificent beaches. Melaleuca is such a serene, contemporary retreat that you can make your choice to stay here in total isolation from where the property is actually located. The fact that you can lend yourself to such activities is merely a bonus! Melaleuca has a modern edge combined with a touch of classic Asian influence. The property is perfectly designed to provide privacy for all that stay here and has a wonderful large living area that wraps around a gorgeous, private and elevated deck area. The contrast of beautiful new living room furniture, loads of glass walls and a clever design that brings the outdoor living space into all the living rooms/master suite gives great texture and depth to Melaleuca. Seriously you won’t want to leave this very ambient property.

Living
Melaleuca is split over 3 levels and had a cascading effect. The open plan living area is on the mid level and is gorgeous. An open fire surrounded with an ultra modern white leather lounge, classic dark wood coffee table, bright feature walls and classic art work reflect the eclectic yet perfectly balanced style and mood. The centre piece of this open plan room is a large 8 seat dining table again in dark wood which is perfectly accentuated on the honey wood floors. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with all the mod cons to cater beautifully any meal and also matches the vibrant colour scheme. It’s difficult to describe the ambience that Melaleuca provides - It’s truly unique and very relaxed. On the lower level is a second lounge area that comes with comfy lounge, scattered bean bags, TV, DVD and CD. A great escape for the kids or simply a place to chill out.

Bed and Bath
Melaleuca comfortably accommodates 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. The master suite is located on the upper level and is rich in colour and texture. It has a luxurious feeling and in complimented with an ensuite and walk-in robe. Large sliding doors open onto the large central deck area. Perfect to eat breakfast, read the paper and bask in the sunny aspect! The remaining bedrooms and central bathroom are located at the opposite end of the property. Bedroom 2 again with a hint of Asia is configured with a queen bed, bedroom 3 with a double and single and bedroom 4 with a single.
