Nautica is a fabulous property for a family retreat or an adults weekend getaway. It has a relaxed ambience yet is beautifully decked out with contemporary furniture. Nautica is positioned to make the most of the sun all year round and the really great aspect is the large deck that runs the entire length of the lower level and has access through large cedar doors from the lounge/dining and kitchen area. Combine both the indoor and outside living zones the space creates depth and a large space to relax in . On the upper level is another large deck that has magnificent views of the bay from Portsea to Queenscliffe. Nautica is a short 2 minute drive to the bay side beach, shops and the famous McCrae cafes.

Living and Dining
On the lower level is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The entire living indoor living zone is complimented with both front and rear deck that in essence provide a huge area for the family to spread out in. It really creates a wonderful sense of space and with that comes indulgence and we know that makes you feel special. The living zone has large leather lounges, a gorgeous dark wood dining table tat contrasts the beautiful polished floor boards. The kitchen has brand new appliances and has been created with granite benches and large Italian glass tiles. Quality has not been compromised and you will love the fit out. Large cedar doors open on to the expansive deck complimented with lounge chairs and out door table and chairs not to mention the gorgeous back drop of the bay. On the upper level you will find an ultra large master retreat that comes with an equally large lounge area, French doors into the bed area, Ensuite and again a large deck. It is gorgeous to wake up to such a wonderful view. Very inspiring to simply relax and indulge in the space!

Bed and Bath
Nautica accommodates 8 guests comfortably across 4 bedrooms. Again the master comes in the form of a large retreat with modular lounge furniture, TV and Ensuite. On the lower level are 3 bedrooms and a central bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and both the 3rd and 4th bedroom come with 2 singles. All bed rooms on the lower level have access to the rear deck via cedar/glass doors.
