Come and experience a property that is almost un-Australian and one that has so much on offer that you rarely have to leave the grounds. Nestled into the dunes, Santika has direct access onto the Rye back beach – this really is a unique feature. The property comes with a full size tennis court, a beautiful raised courtyard with in-ground solar heated pool and a fabulous children’s retreat with loads of games and toys. The property has an array of mixed pieces from the world over ranging from French provincial, Country Spanish, Arizona Desert and Balinese. An eclectic mix that has been superbly blended. Simply stunning!

Living and Dining
The centre piece of this fabulous property is an enormous well appointed chefs kitchen. A blend of aggregate bench tops, glass splash backs, custom built mahogany cabinets, oak floor boards and the best in appliances. The space is fantastic and lends itself to in-house entertaining whether it be formal or casual. From the kitchen you can view every aspect of the property. Large sliding cedar doors open onto both courtyards and pool area which also provide access to/from the lounge, family room and tennis court. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar and informal dining area with gas open fire. The lounge which is adjacent to the kitchen encapsulates an entire wing. Large sumptuous leather lounges with open fire, great view of the tennis court and pool. For a more formal dining experience relax at the chic provincial dining table. Just beyond the entrance to Santika you will also find a quite reading nook that has casual furniture and heaps of magazines – a lovely place to take a break and find some solitude.

Bed and Bath
Welcome to the Spanish influence. Both bathrooms have a rustic country feeling with wooden mirrors, beautiful stone tiles and stand alone enamel baths which definitely enhances the bathing experience. The ensuite has massive proportions and has a view of the dunes. A lovely feature of Santika is the total privacy and seclusion! So much so that you can shower and enjoy the view. The master bedroom is at the end of one private wing and is configured with a king size bed, ensuite and walk-in robe. Again access to the deck is via large cedar doors. Bedroom 2 and 3 both configured with Queen beds are located again in a separate wing and share a large central bathroom with separate toilet. Bedroom 4 is located next to the family room on the remaining wing and has a double and single bed with an adjacent powder room. Santika comfortably accommodates 9 guests.
