To get to Sovereign Islands, head South from Brisbane on the Pacific Highway. Turn left at Oxenford (Exit 57) and head towards the coast. Access to the Islands is via a bridge opposite Paradise Point.

Two minutes from Aqua Villa is Paradise Point. Here you’ll find a small supermarket, pharmacy, medical centre, bottle shop, newsagent, butcher, bakery, florist, five hairdressers, six real estate agents and eight eateries. This is also a delightful park adjacent to the beach.

You are:
- 6 minutes from Runaway Bay shopping centre
- 8 minutes from Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island golf courses
- 12 minutes from Dreamworld, Movieworld, Seaworld and Wet 'n' Wild theme parks
- 15 minutes from Surfer's Paradise
- 45 minutes from Brisbane
- 50 minutes from Brisbane and Coolangatta airports

Aqua Villa is situated on one of the six islands that comprise the 5-star Sovereign Islands development. The islands lie between the mainland and South Stradbroke Island, ensuring smooth waters all year round.

Access to this secured private island community is via a bridge from Paradise Point. Although the island gates are locked between 10pm and 5am, the guard-house is manned 24 hours a day and 2 mobile guards patrol the estate at all times.
