Living and Dining
The most impressive feature of Seascape is the amount of living space that the property provides. For those who like to spend their time outdoors the rear deck is fabulous. You will find a large 10 seater outdoor dining table plus 2 matching sun lounges, a new outdoor heater for those cooler nights and a large 4 burner BBQ. This is a superb area to entertain or simply bathe in the sun. Large cafe doors open into a family room area that features a large flat screen TV and a new 3 seater black leather lounge and matching arm chair. The family room is open plan to the dining area which has matching black and metal dining table and chairs. Adjacent is the kitchen which has a 3 person breakfast bar, brand new large stainless steel fridge, dishwasher and micro wave. If you really want to escape the activity then make you way through to the large lounge room which has polised boards, a large sumptuous black leather lounge and with a impressive plasma TV. Sit back and relax and enjoy.....

Bed and Bath
Seascape comfortably sleeps 7 guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and brand new ensuite. Gorgeous french doors open onto the private deck at the rear of the property. The second bedroom is configured with a queen bed and the 3rd has a double bed with a single on top. These bedrooms share a central bathroom with a separate toilet. Seascape is a wonderful property that is understated and represents fantastic value particularly considering its modern edge, superb location and the overall features it provides.
