The entire living area is draped in glass and has a beautiful outlook over the new swimming pool and gorgeous and designer outdoor living room. Alfresco has contemporary lines and design whilst maintaining an understated ambience. A fabulous adults retreat, the property evokes permission to indulge.

"Alfresco" has a fabulous floor plan that provides open plan living yet there are 4 distinct zones. The outdoor living zone forms the centre piece of the property with stunning cafe doors that provide extensions to both the dining and living areas. The open doors really transform the internal living areas in that they bring in the outside space. The lounge room has modern decor with a large modular lounge that centres the space around the new gas open fire place. A large coffee table and polished floors add texture and depth to the room. The kitchen which hosts an impressive chefs oven is ideal for the culinary expert. Beautifully finished in Caesar stone and white cabinets add to the contemporary flair. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences that you would expect of a property of this standard.
The dining room while still modern in the construction is decorated with a trendy distressed wooden dining table which provides a feeling of lived in comfort. Again the cafe doors open on to the outdoor living zone complete with BBQ and outdoor dining furniture.

"Alfresco" comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Great for a few couples or 2 families sharing a holiday! The master suite comprises a private dressing room, drop dead gorgeous ensuite with double basin. The master suite is toward the front of the property and is totally segregated from the rest of the house and is configured with a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen with the 3rd hosting 2 sets of bunk beds. Both these rooms share a brand new central bathroom. Simply stunning. An added feature of "Alfresco" is the 4th bedroom which actually is a separate studio set in the rear garden. The studio comes with a separate bedroom (queen bed), bathroom and a fully self contained kitchen and sitting room. Ideal as a separate escape if there are just 2 of you or perhaps you may like to isolate yourselves from the crowd. In any case you will love "Alfresco"!
