Surf 'n' Turf is a short 700 metre walk from the Rye back beach and is set on a beautiful large and private block. The beauty of Surf 'n' Turf is the abundance of space that the position of this property provides. The large grassed gardens accommodate a large trampoline, a swing set and just off from the decking is a 4 person hot tub. Surf 'n' Turf is very flexible in its appeal and will perfectly accommodate a couple of families or a group of 4 couples. The property has a chalet feel which really gives a relaxed ambience -somewhere you can escape in privacy. For those nature lovers Surf 'n' Turf is located just at the fringe of the National Park. The location really is one of the best on the peninsula.

Living & Dining
Surf 'n' Turf has all the modern trimmings that you will need for your holiday. The kitchen is no exception and includes microwave and a Miele dishwasher and oven. The kitchen is configured into a 'U' shape with a breakfast bar on one side which is great for casual dining. The open plan living area provides a very social, warm and welcoming atmosphere and has a wood burning stove for winter evenings. Entertainment is a definite feature at Surf 'n' Turf as the property comes with TV/DVD/Video/CD and a connector for iPods. It really makes Surf 'n' Turf a great all year round proposition. The lounge area is furnished with modular furniture and is the centre piece to the property - sliding doors open onto a large sunny deck that over looks the garden. Surf 'n' Turf is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach with an alfresco meal, a dip into the hot tub and perhaps a glass of exceptional peninsula wine. Adjacent to the lounge area is a separate dining room which comfortably seats 10 adults and is a little more formal.

Surf 'n' Turf comfortably sleeps 10 guests. The master suite configured with a queen bed has very large proportions and has its own private ensuite. The master also comes with a portable cot. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed and the 3rd has 2 sets of bunks which is ideal for the kids. The 4th bedroom is called the family room and has a queen, single with a extra trundle bed. The family room is complimented with its own private deck with sliding door to access. The central bathroom and separate shower room provide plenty of capacity for all guests.
