Costa Lotta is a contemporary beach house that has a super relaxed and holiday flavour. The living areas have huge proportions and will comfortably host 10 guests. Aside from the spacious and clever design that maximises the living areas, the great attribute of this property is the superb location. Costa Lotta sits on the border of Blairgowrie and Sorrento and is literally 100 metres to Camerons Bight which has to be one of the bays premium beach areas. For those who are members of either the Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron or the Sorrento Sailing club this property is exactly half way between them both. For those feeling energetic a brisk 30 minute walk will find you in the heart of the Sorrento Strip and all the restaurants and pubs or should you drive you can count on 3-5mins. Costa Lotta is not for the pretentious; it is a spacious, easy care property and is designed for fun. It is a great place to invite friends for a BBQ and indulge in couple of bevies after a hot day with out any worry.

Although a great summer house Costa Lotta is great all year round. The living area is draped in winter sun and given its location is great for those who like to walk around the bay when the crowds have dissipated. Want relaxation then Costa Lotta is for you.

Living & Dining
At the front of the property you will find a large lounge room that has all the mod cons in terms of entertainment, DVD, TV and CD with surround sound. Adjacent to the living area is a large sunken dining room that again easily seats 10 guests and has the additional bonus of a wet bar complete with fridge. The kitchen is also large with an island bench topped with granite that provides extra bench space and is also a great breakfast bar. The kitchen also hosts an additional table with 8 chairs and in case you wanted to study or you wanted your own area to spread out the news paper then you will also find 2 desks. Double doors from both the kitchen and the dining room open onto a large and very private decking. A great dining alternative in the summer as there is ample outdoor furniture and a large 4 burner BBQ. The outdoor living zone is also a great place to bask in the sun if you are feeling lazy and can't manage the 100 Metre walk to the bay beach.

Bed & Bath
For those guests sharing with other family members or with friends, Costa Lotta provides a great sense of privacy. Each of the 3 double rooms comes complete with queen beds and an ensuite in each room. Bedroom 4 which is configured with a double bunk (with single on top) and a single bunk bed (with mattress underneath for an extra) has a full/central bathroom located next door which by chance comes with a corner spa.
