'The Grange' is a beautifully refurbished and maintained Victorian limestone homestead and whilst it captures the charm of the 1800s when the property was first constructed, 'The Grange' will suit the most astute and discerning holiday maker. It has ultra modern features in that of totally refurbished and new designer kitchen and bathrooms. The living areas have been modernised yet reflect the era in which it is built and is decorated in a classic dicor yet with modern flair creating a contemporary edge. Whilst the property has a definitive Victorian style one has the sensation of a European provincial ambience. The grounds of 'The Grange' provide much of the grandeur and character of the property. Set on over 2 acres the grounds are magnificently manicured and comprise a large grassed area surrounded by an array of garden boarders, a full size tennis court, and a drive way that circles the house. There are a number of outdoor living areas that are perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing in great privacy. The house has a magnificent veranda that boasts views of Port Phillip Bay which has access from the living and dining areas. It is a stunning place to while the afternoon away and to take afternoon aperitifs before dinner. 'The Grange' is also a fabulous childrens getaway. Other than the property being fully secure it has many attractions including a cubby house, an abundance of grass to play on and swing set positioned under a large elm tree.

Living & Dining
The centre piece to 'The Grange' is the large living room which has a beautiful bay window that frames a terrific view of the gardens and bay through the veranda. It is a lovely room with a relaxed and warm charm. Perfect all year round 'The Grange' provides great comfort as it is kept cool in the summer by the thick sandstone walls and warm in winter with cental heating a magnificent marble open fireplace. The lounge area also has plenty of entertainment on offer. The Balinese Armoire features a TV, CD and Foxtel not to mention a selection of CDs to choose from. French doors open from the lounge area to a provincial dining room that again has access to the veranda and also to the adjacent outdoor courtyard that is furnished with a cedar dining table and BBQ. The brand new designer kitchen has all the modern conveniences you would expect from a property with such style. A double fridge, state of the art oven and cooker, dishwasher, microwave, stone benches and plantation shutters  simply stunning.

Bed & Bath
'The Grange' comprises 5 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 9 guests. On the upper level you will find 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Bedroom 1 also features a large telescope to capture all the activity on the bay and for those need some space to work, to be inspired to write or to simply find a lovely space to find some solitude, this room comes with a desk and a large comfy arm chair. On the ground floor in the main house are 2 more bedrooms both with ornamental open fire places. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with a view of the garden. Bedroom 4 has a charming king single sleigh bed. In the main house are 2 brand new modern bathrooms, one with a large separate bath tub. Another exquisite feature of this property is the 5th bedroom which comes by way of a charming cottage called the Abbey. You will find the Abbey just across the courtyard from the dining/living room and comprises a double bed and ensuite. A very romantic hideaway and great for those who want some privacy.
