Set on over 2 acres the grounds are magnificently manicured and comprise a large grassed area surrounded by an array of garden boarders, a full size tennis court, and a drive way that circles the house. There are a number of outdoor living areas that are perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing in great privacy. The house has a magnificent veranda that boasts views of Port Phillip Bay which has access from the living and dining areas. French doors open from the lounge area to a provincial dining room that again has access to the veranda and also to the adjacent outdoor courtyard that is furnished with a cedar dining table and BBQ. The brand new designer kitchen has all the modern conveniences you would expect from a property with such style. A double fridge, state of the art oven and cooker, dishwasher, microwave, stone benches and plantation shutters simply stunning.
