The name says it all Bayview has spectacular views of Port Philip bay yet is only a 900 metre walk to the Rye strip and bay beach. It is perfect for almost any configuration whether you are an extended family or a group of friends who want to catch up in comfort. Bayview is built over 2 levels has 4 - 5 bedrooms. It has a modern style in both the furniture and fittings and has a fabulous beachside decor and ambience. One can't overstate the calming effect that the view provides. Surrounded by trees and the uninterrupted views of the bay it is quite mesmerising. Bayview is a terrific all year round proposition. The living area has a beautiful sunny aspect and the outdoor decking is great place to bask in the sun all year round. In summer cool down with the air conditioning and in winter curl up in front of the gas open fire. Bayview is absolutely terrific value and is super comfy.

Living & Dining
On the upper level is the open plan living zone which has an abundance of natural light. The entire living zone is surrounded by glass and captures the fabulous outlook. The kitchen has all the mod cons and has plenty of space to work in. The breakfast bar segregates the kitchen from the dining and again is spacious particularly given that the outside world comes right in through the large private windows. Adjacent is the lounge area which features the TV, video and fireplace. Large sliding doors open to the outdoor living zone which is where you will get the best view of all. The deck comes with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ. As an additional feature the 5th bedroom downstairs also doubles as a rumpus room/2nd living area and also comes with a TV, lounge and an assortment of games. A great place for the kids to escape or to find some time-out.

On the upper level you will find 3 double bedrooms and the master complete with ensuite. The central bathroom on the upper level also has a corner spa. On the lower level is the 4th bedroom which has a double, single and trundle bed. Again on the lower level is a 3rd bathroom. All in all Bayview very comfortably accommodates 10 guests.
