Sandcastles is truly a flagship property on the Peninsula for discerning holiday makers, golfers, entertainers and executive retreaters. This architectural masterpiece has been designed for those who enjoy luxury and has been impeccably built with quality materials and fixtures. Sandcastles is positioned on an elevated block and has expansive views over the back beach region and out to Bass Strait. The property cascades over 4 levels and with the clever design, structure and elevated position provides absolute privacy in all bedrooms and living areas. Adjacent to the living zone on level 3 is the fabulous out door plunge pool with swimming jets. Sandcastles really caters to a broad range. For those who like to entertain you will be delighted with the state of the art kitchen and large open plan dining. The use of glass is a major feature and compliments the dining area by bringing in a magnificent view of the pool, tree tops and ocean. A split level design gives depth and texture to the living zone. After dinner sink into the lounge on the lower level or retreat to the home theatre room and be entertained in surround sound.

Living & Dining
The living zone is open plan yet comprises 2 levels. The kitchen is magnificent and beautifully appointed. It has plenty of space to create your own meals or for our master chef to come and cater for any of your meals. A large dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats 10 guests. It is a brilliant setting all year! The dining area has a 2 way open fire and creates a lovely ambience for a winter stay or open the doors in summer, enjoy the cool sea breeze and have pre-dinner drinks by the pool. The pool area is a perfect place to bask in the sun in complete privacy -lie back on the sun bed and take in the sensational view. The lounge room one level lower shares the same open plan space as the dining and kitchen area and really does create a dramatic look and feel. It savvy, understated and ultra modern with some classic inclusions. For those feeling less sociable relax in and be entertained in the theatre room. TV, CD and DVD are all connected to surround sound for maximum effect and pleasure.

Bed & Bath
Again no expense has been spared. The property sleeps 10 guests. The master room is divine with a magnificent double ensuite decorated in muted brown and white accessories. This room has enormous proportions and has a large frosted glass door by which you enter. Aside from the study which accommodates 2 singles, these are the only sleeping quarters on level 4. Level 1 has a central bathroom that again is matched to the style of the ensuite however comes with a spa for 2. The remaining 3 bedrooms are configured with 2 queens and 2 singles. Sandcastles has been designed for those who are discerning and want to luxuriate. It represents unbelievable value. Sit back relax, enjoy and be pampered - oh and don't forget that Verve concierge is standing by to make your stay even more memorable.
