The Rye back beach area is increasing in popularity all the time as it offers direct access to fabulous beaches and really delivers large private blocks with fabulous large beach houses just like this terrific property . Rolls Royce is an incredibly functional house that has amazing flexibility in how you use it. It is set high on a very large, almost 1 acre block and provides enormous amount of space both inside and out without compromising privacy. This property is ideal for an extended family or 2, those who want easy access to the peninsula's best golf courses, large enough for small conferences with ample areas to breakout. Bed & Bath
Five bedrooms comfortably sleeps 15 guests although you may have to throw a coin for the master retreat. The master has been built a separate wing that comes with a large sumptuous bed, ensuite and a beautiful view of the rear garden. This is definitely a sanctuary. Bedroom 2 has queen and a single, bedroom 3 and 4 have 2 sets of bunks and bedroom 5 has a double. Rolls Royce aims to please and you won't be disappointed!

Living
There is absolutely no shortage of space or room if you want to escape the activity that Rolls Royce seems to attract. Aside from the main living and dining rooms there are 2 other zones that can be used as games rooms, additional sleeping quarters or great for a breakout session. Overall the property is modern yet has a fabulous relaxed ambience which really does allow you to simply chill out. Complimenting the comfy furniture you will find a number of TV's/DVD's and videos to entertain you. You will also find a play station and FOXTEL, so there is something for everyone. If you want to relax outside then you can meander through the gardens or chose from either the front deck (with great views) or the rear under covered deck. The rear decking is set in a very private garden and also has a wonderful 8 person spa pre set to 35 degrees. Together with the large BBQ you may never want to leave.
