This secluded beach house is beautifully crafted and has been stylishly designed and decorated to allow a casual yet sophisticated feel. The large central living area has polished floor boards throughout and the large double glass doors and windows provide an abundance of natural light. The living area is located between two seperate sleeping wings with two bedrooms at each end of the house. Villa St Blair is situated within walking distance of Bridgewater Bay and the national park on the south western side of the Mornington Peninsula.

Bed & Bath
Villa St Blair has 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 9 guests and has two separate sleeping wings. The front wing has the master bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite and spa and the second bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed. The back wing has a third bedroom with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and a trundle bed. The second bathroom has a bath and ample space and the laundry has a washing machine and bar fridge. A great house for the extended family and friends.

Living
The living areas are beautifully designed for entertainment and relaxation and offer ample space for a family or a group of friends. You have a choice of dining at the magnificent 10-seat provincial dining table or outside on the large deck area. Between the large, well appointed kitchen and the BBQ facilities, you will be able to enjoy a holiday of food and wine. The lounge area offers a comfortable setting to watch TV or DVDs and the reading area is a lovely retreat. Its all about choice!

This beach house is fully fenced and secure. There is a double carport,space for a boat, built in robes, plenty of cupboard space and a secure outdoor room for storage. Also provides TV, DVD, Video, CD player, BBQ, microwave, double size oven, washing machine, bar fridge, air-conditioning and central heating.
