This has to be one of the best beachside experiences on the Mornington Peninsula. Beach Chalet is an ultra modern beach house that will not only impress you with the with cleanlines and a very contemporary edge, but the view is something to behold. The entire property has been designed and positioned to maximise the view from every room. Beach Chalet is set atop a rise at the back of St Andrews beach so from the front of the property you have unencumbered views of Bass Strait – simply magnificent! As an added bonus to the rear of the house are again beautiful views of the ranges from Red Hill to Arthur’s seat. Given Beach Chalet has decking all the way around the property you can choose your view! Perhaps follow the sun. Beach Chalet is a perfect getaway for all the family and for those who like to entertain. The house definitely has a romantic feel about it so if you are looking for a place that is idyllic then you will be hard pressed to find something better. The rear deck has a fully integrated cabana which is perfect to dine Alfresco-style while enjoying the view of the hills or the ocean through the glassed living zone! This is definitely a property that you will come back to again and again!

Bed & Bath
The Beach Chalet comfortably accommodates 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master suite is definitely the pick with amazing views of the ocean! The room is configured with a queen bed and also has a gorgeous ensuite. Bedroom 2 has 2 sets of bunk beds and bedroom 3 is configured with a queen bed. If you drew the short straw and have landed in bedroom 3 don’t fret! The view of the hinterland is a sensational view to wake up to! The central bathroom is themed in the same style and comes with a bath! All in all this is a fabulous property that while open with beautiful views it also has a wonderful sense of privacy.

Living
Beach Chalet has a simple yet clever design! The house has an open plan living zone that encompasses kitchen, dining and living yet each area has it’s own identity. What really adds to the depth and space in the living zone is that on both sides of the living area you have large floor to ceiling walls of glass that give you such amazing views. The added bones is that you can extend the indoor area with the fabulous decking outside! The use of glass and sliding doors brings the outside world directly into this fabulous living zone. Gorgeous modern furniture and the use of reconstituted stone, polished floor boards and glass make this irresistible. It has a real sense of style and is a very fashionable address!
