It is combined with a large dining area complete with a fire place and air-conditioning. The dining area has access to a large deck overlooking the pool and tennis court. No matter what time of year this house is great for entertaining with great style and grace. The living room has a fabulous comfortable ambience with plenty of glass, raked ceilings and a feature fireplace. A perfect place to relax. This property is definitely terrific value.
