Bed & Bath
Capricorn Coast has great flexibility when it comes to the bed room configuration. Down stairs you will find the first master suite complete with ensuite and direct access to the spa, sauna and wet bar. This bedroom gives great privacy. Notwithstanding on the upper floor there are 3 very secluded rooms. The 2nd master suite comes with a beautiful ensuite, large walk in robe and access to the deck. Did we mention that all the bedrooms feature air-conditioning? Great for those hot summer nights. The 2nd has a queen-size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and share a common bathroom. All the bedrooms have thick sumptuous charcoal/brown carpet.

Living
The upper level boasts modern living with a chef's kitchen finished in beech wood and black granite and is open to the large living and dining area which are complemented by the polished floors. You will find state of the art appliances a delight unless of course you are using the services of our in-house chef or have made an order from our in house dining menu.
The lounge area is spacious and has views over Settler's Cove. The elevation of the entire living area and the wonderful use of glass gives a great sense of space and light whilst not compromising privacy. For all your entertainment needs the lounge area comes complete with DVD/TV and CD. In the winter you may just elect to curl up in front of the open fire. For those wishing to get some sun simply relax on the balcony just off the central living area.
