A large retreat high on the Dunes, this beautifully appointed, four-bedroom beach house has been crafted from a combination of jarrah wood, granite and glass. Whether a large family, a group or couples who want to escape, this house has it all! Set up high, overlooking St Andrew's beach, you will find it difficult to drag yourself away from the breathtaking 180 degree ocean views through the floor to ceiling glass wall that runs the entire width of the house. The indulgent outdoor spa, set on a fantastic elevated jarrah decking with ocean views, will ensure your stay at Moonah Dunes will be a memorable one.

Bed & Bath
With four large bedrooms, Moonah Dunes can very comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom is situated on the upper level and really must be described as a retreat. A luxurious, private ensuite with a glass feature wall, a double shower recess and double basins, complement a large bedroom with its own private balcony and a fantastic outlook to the ocean. The three other bedrooms and second bathroom are located on the ground level, with 2 queen size beds and ocean views and the 4th bedroom with two single beds.

Kitchen & Living
This kitchen is designed for the entertainer - an abundance of bench space and wonderful appliances. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room features a dining table for 10 guests, three luxurious leather couches and a coonara style wood fire. An oversized feature glass sliding door opens to a huge (8m x 6m) partially covered deck with magnificent ocean views. The private deck area has an outdoor setting for ten guests, including an umbrella and a built in BBQ, sink and fridge as a permanent feature providing great versatility for all types of cuisine and entertaining.

Conveniences
This beach house has all the modern day conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, colour TV, video, DVD and CD/radio/ cassette player. The 2m x 2m Spa with ocean views and a built in eski for convenience is a fantastic place to relax and the split system heating and cooling add to the comfort all year round.
