This newly constructed property in Rye, Mornington Peninsula, boasts an abundance of open plan living and a feature wall made from glass that brings the view of the bay inside. The view is a wonderful backdrop that will continue to mesmorise you and one which you could never tire of. An added bonus are the breathtaking sunsets over the bay, allowing you to enjoy the essence of a Victorian evening by the bay. The "Jewel of the Rye" is the perfect retreat for guests who like to entertain in-style and for those who simply want to selfishly indulge.

Bed & Bath
This house has fabulous proportions and the bedrooms are no different. The "Jewel of the Rye" has 4 bedrooms. The master suite is on the upper level and has its own ensuite and walk-in robe. As it is adjacent to the living quarters the master suite shares the same magnificant bay view and also has deck access via a large sliding door. On the lower level you will find bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 king singles, while the 4th bedroom has two bunk beds, sleeping 10 guests in total. These rooms are complimented with a large bathroom and separate toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have deck access.

Living
Simple elegance is how you would describe the main living area. The kitchen, dining and lounge area all share the same space and views. For those who enjoy the kitchen you won't miss out on the fun. The kitchen is galley style with a large island and is modernistic with all the conveniences you require to be creative and to provide enough culinary delights for the 10 guests surrounding the large dining table. Relax after your meal on the beautifully selected lounge furniture. On the lower level you will find a 2nd living area complete with lounge, TV and DVD. Ideal for the childrens retreat or those who want check the cricket scores.
