Verve Beachside specialises in exclusive private holiday rental house accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula and has been part of the Verve Travel and Leisure Group for more than 15 years.
While our sales and marketing team is located in Melbourne, Australia, our Property Management and operational teams are carefully recruited and trained locally on the Mornington Peninsula.
The Verve Travel and Leisure Group is independently owned and operated by Kurt and Kathryn Sari who have been very successful in the travel industry for more than 50 years combined.
Verve Beachside is the only fully licensed, independently owned, IATA accredited travel agency managing holiday rentals on the Peninsula. As such we are bound by law to operate a fully audited set of books including the holding of all un-availed guest revenues in a trust account, providing a rock solid security over all funds as well as piece of mind through dealing with a reputable operator.

Our Luxury Collection Guests can expect to move in and find everything they will need ready and waiting including linen and bed making, toiletries, gourmet welcome hampers, and all the essential items that you will require during your stay. There are also many extras available for purchase.
Guests travelling with children can request activities, babysitting, travel cots and high chairs, whilst pet owners have a number of great properties to choose from.
Live like a local in a bit of luxury with access to the Verve Mobile App sharing information unique to each property and a guide to the best local haunts for great coffee, food, wine, shopping, galleries, beaches and attractions and activities.
Verve’s Housekeeping and Concierge Services teams are on hand to assist with airport transfers, grocery deliveries, catering, extra cleaning and anything else you can think of! We offer full Corporate Travel Management including online booking tool & Expense Management via Concur, a global leisure travel consulting service, Group Travel and Event Management. We are also a preferred American Express Agency partner.
