Getting to Palm Beach There are many ways to get to Sydney's Northern beaches. Car is obviously the most common and it takes about 45-60 minutes from the CBD. A Government bus service runs seven days a week. If time and comfort is of the essence, there is also the option of seaplane from Rose Bay, Gosford, Cronulla or Port Stephens. Palm Beach is also accessible by ferry from the NSW Central Coast (trip 40 minutes approx).
