Costa Lotta sits on the border of Blairgowrie and Sorrento and is literally 100 metres to Camerons Bight which has to be one of the bays premium beach areas. For those who are members of either the Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron or the Sorrento Sailing club this property is exactly half way between them both. For those feeling energetic a brisk 30 minute walk will find you in the heart of the Sorrento Strip and all the restaurants and pubs or should you drive you can count on 3-5mins. Costa Lotta is not for the pretentious; it is a spacious, easy care property and is designed for fun. It is a great place to invite friends for a BBQ and indulge in couple of bevies after a hot day with out any worry.
Although a great summer house Costa Lotta is great all year round. The living area is draped in winter sun and given its location is great for those who like to walk around the bay when the crowds have dissipated. Want relaxation then Costa Lotta is for you.
